Missing tiles in QRO Online
Troubleshooting help if you can’t see tiles on your screen
If you can’t see tiles such as ‘My land’, ‘Identity verification’, ‘Add accounts’ or ‘View accounts’ on the home screen, it could be because of one of the following.
- The tile is still loading (sometimes tiles can take up to 10 minutes to appear).
- You haven’t verified your identity after opening your account. You can follow our steps to create an account and verify your identity.
- Your browser needs to be refreshed. To do this, press F5 on your keyboard, or click the refresh icon in your browser address bar. You might need to do this a few times.
- Your browser isn’t compatible. Log out and open QRO Online using Google Chrome then try again.
- You’ve opened QRO Online from a saved bookmark. Close your browser and re-open using qroonline.treasury.qld.gov.au.
- Your network isn’t recognising QRO Online. In your network preferences, add these URLs to your trusted sites:
- https://*.hana.ondemand.com
- https://*.gigya.com
- https://qroonline.treasury.qld.gov.au
- https://qroonline.treasury.qld.gov.au/sites/qro-online#Home-show.
- Your device (e.g. smart phone) isn’t compatible. Try using a different device.
