    Blank screen or error messages

If you get a blank screen or an error message (such as an SAML, 404, 505 or 400006 code or an ‘oops—site not found’), try these troubleshooting steps.

    1. Clear your browsing history, including the cache.
    2. Close all browser windows.
    3. Open a new page and re-open QRO Online using https://qroonline.treasury.qld.gov.au.

Alternatively, you can try using incognito mode.

This message usually means that you haven’t lodged all your periodic returns for the financial year. It could also mean that there might be an issue or outstanding reassessment request on a lodged return.

If you are unable to resolve the issues in your annual return, contact us.

    Outages

When there is a planned outage, such as for scheduled maintenance, you’ll see a message on the QRO Online log in screen.

If there is an unplanned outage, we’ll work to fix it as soon as possible. You could try to log in every 30 minutes or so to test your access.
