King’s Birthday office closure
Our office will be closed on Monday 6 October for the King’s Birthday public holiday. We will reopen on Tuesday 7 October from 8.30am.

New mineral resources regulation, updated mineral royalty return and public rulings
The Mineral Resources (Royalty) Regulation 2025 took effect from 1 September 2025. Form R01.6 and public rulings have been updated.
