Print returns and statements from QRO Online
See how to print copies of returns or statements from QRO Online.
Follow the steps below to view or print from QRO Online.
These steps are for:
- payroll tax returns
- betting tax returns
- transfer duty transactions
- royalty returns
- land tax assessment notices and exemption claims.
Before you lodge
- Once you have completed the declaration, click Save and then select Review.
- On the summary page, click Print from the top-right corner.
After you lodge
- In the Returns section, click the Advanced search icon (beside the search field).
- Enter search criteria and click Search. (You don’t need to complete each search field.)
- When the return you are after is displayed, select View form.
- On the summary page, click Print from the top-right corner.
You can view and print a transaction statement summary.
- Select Summaries from the side menu.
- Enter search criteria and click Search. (You don’t need to complete each search field.)
- Click the Download icon for the transaction you are after.
- View, print or save the statement.
You can view, print or save a submitted transaction.
- Select Lodgements from the side menu.
- Select the advanced search icon to the right of the search field.
- Enter search criteria and click Search. (You don’t need to complete each search field.)
- Select View form for the transaction you are after.
- Click the Print icon to print the lodgement.
You can view or print a copy of a submitted return.
- Select Notices from the side menu.
- Enter search criteria and click Search. (You don’t need to complete each search field.)
- Locate the return and select View form to display the summary page and print a copy of the return.
Assessment notices
You can access a copy of your assessment notice if:
- you have a full-access account
- you’ve agreed to receive assessment notices online.
To view or print the assessment notice, follow these steps.
- Select Assessments from the side menu.
- Click the Download icon for the assessment notice. The document will open in a new tab. You can then view, print or save the notice.
Exemption claims
You need a full-access account to see any submitted exemption claims.
- Select Manage exemptions from the side menu.
- Click View form to see the submitted form.
You won’t be able to print the form.
You are printing via your web browser. If the return or transaction statement summary does not display correctly, you can change the printing preferences in the browser settings.
