A reduction in the amount of transfer duty you pay when you purchase a home to live in

There are 4 types of home concession:

home concession—for your second or subsequent home
first home concession—for your first home (other than a new home)
first home (new home) concession—for your first home that is a new home
first home vacant land concession—for vacant land on which to build your first home.

You can claim one concession for your home.
