The Commissioner of State Revenue has issued Public Ruling GEN013.1 Administrative arrangement—application of revenue and grants legislation for Boost to Buy and Help to Buy participants.

This public ruling sets out the terms of an administrative arrangement that ensures transfer duty, the first home owner grant and land tax are not affected by participation in the Boost to Buy or Help to Buy shared equity programs.
