Getting started with a service provider for electronic conveyancing
Find out how to register with an electronic conveyancing service provider and how to deactivate a subscription.
There are currently 2 approved service providers offering eConveyancing subscription services in Queensland:
- PEXA
- Sympli.
Registering with a service provider
Follow these steps to register with us and lodge transfers through a service provider:
- Register as a transfer duty self assessor and activate the registration.
- Register as a subscriber with an approved service provider to get access to their platform. They will provide you with a subscriber ID.
- For step 1 & 2, the entity must be the same (including ABN).
- Enter your service provider subscriber ID in QRO Online:
- Select the View accounts tile or the Transfer duty tile if you’re a sole trader.
- Choose your organisation name from the client list.
- Select the Manage your details tab.
- Select Edit.
- Enter your service provider subscriber ID in the relevant field.
- Click Save.
- Enter your 7-digit QRO Online client number in the service provider’s platform.
Don’t create a transfer in your workspace until you have entered your provider subscriber ID and client number.
Deactivating your service provider subscriber ID
You can deactivate your service provider subscriber ID in QRO Online at any time.
- Select the Manage details tab in QRO Online.
- Select Edit.
- Click on the relevant subscriber ID.
- Delete the entry and click Save.
