Our office will be closed on Monday 4 May for the Queensland Labour Day public holiday, and re-open at 8.30am Tuesday 5 May.

Staff will not be available to provide support for the duration of this office closure, but our online portals will still be available, including:

  • QRO Online to lodge or pay state taxes (including land tax, payroll tax and betting tax), royalties and duties (for registered self-assessors only)
  • SPER online to pay or manage your SPER debt
  • TMR’s My Account service to update your details and manage fines
  • First home owner grant portal to apply for the grant or check the status of your application

You can also choose to contact us by email by:

  1. Using the drop-down menu to select the subject of your enquiry.
  2. Select Email as the contact method.
  3. Complete your details in the enquiry form and press Submit.
