Apply for an electronic funds transfer (EFT) refund from SPER

If you’ve accidentally overpaid a fine or SPER penalty debt with us, you may be eligible to apply for a refund of the overpaid amount. Use this form to have the refund paid by electronic funds transfer (EFT).

You can also use this form if you are owed compensation or restitution payments ordered by a Queensland court.

For a refund of state taxes, use the taxes EFT request form instead.
