Before we give you any information about your debt, you will be asked to confirm your identity, so please have this information handy:

  • party ID (found on your SPER notice)
  • your driver licence number (if applicable)
  • any information about your debt.

All our mail is screened by Iron Mountain. This involves:

  • visual assessment to identify suspicious articles
  • an X-ray to detect harmful materials.

Screening is safe for magnetic tape and high-speed film up to ISO 1600 (33 DIN).

The screening process does not affect mail delivery times. Mail should be addressed to the correct postal address to ensure timely delivery and processing of documents and payments.

In person

Payments, enquiries and applications can be made at your nearest magistrates court or QGAP office.

Enforcement orders, instalment plans or other notices containing the Australia Post symbol and barcode can be paid at any Australia Post office.
