Use this form LT27 to notify us that you are not eligible for a home exemption or that your circumstances have changed.

When you receive a land tax home exemption as an individual, the exemption will apply for each year you meet all the requirements.
You can notify us through this form if your circumstances change and you become ineligible for the exemption, or if you’ve incorrectly received the exemption.
