Apply for land tax extended payment option

Use this form to apply for the extended payment option (EPO) for land tax. You will make 3 equal payments 45, 90 and 150 days after the date of the assessment notice.

You can apply for the EPO within 35 days of the land tax assessment issue date. After that time, the EPO is no longer available.
