QRO Online scheduled maintenance

Our office will be closed on Monday 6 May due to a public holiday in Queensland.

During the closure, we have scheduled system maintenance from 5pm, Friday 3 May until 6am, Tuesday 7 May. QRO Online will be unavailable during this time.

e-Lodgement transfer duty settlements will be available during normal business hours on Friday 3 May and resume from the morning of Tuesday 7 May. We highly recommend e-Lodgement settlements scheduled for the morning of Tuesday 7 May are fully committed for settlement by 5pm, Friday 3 May.

To do this, please ensure:

• the transaction is submitted in QRO Online
• the transaction has successfully verified in the ELNO workspace
• the ELNO workspace is locked.

Any changes after 5pm on Friday 3 May will not be verified and the ELNO workspace will remain unlocked, preventing the matter from settling.
