Delete or cancel a QRO Online transaction

You can delete draft transactions in QRO Online. For submitted transactions, you need to request a reassessment or request a cancellation.

    Draft transactions

    If you’ve created draft transactions that you no longer need (e.g. duplicate transactions or cancelled agreements), you should delete them as soon as you know they’re not needed.

    If you have ‘Administrator’ access, you can delete draft transactions in QRO Online.

    1. Go to the Lodgements tab.
    2. Locate the transaction number.
    3. Select Lodge and the transaction will appear.
    4. Scroll to the bottom-left corner of the page and click Delete.

    Submitted transactions

    If you’ve submitted a transaction in QRO Online that has not settled and you need to cancel it, you can do one of the following:

    You can’t cancel submitted transactions where:

    • the agreement has been cancelled
    • you made an error.

    Complete all applicable fields below and press Submit. You will receive an email confirmation for your records.

    All questions must be answered unless marked optional.
