Request to withdraw fines due to DFV

Complete this form to request a fine—that you weren’t responsible for—to be withdrawn if you are a victim or survivor of domestic and family violence (DFV).

If you are a victim or survivor of domestic and family violence (DFV) and have received a SPER enforcement order for a camera-detected infringement or tolling offence that you weren’t responsible for, you can apply to have the fine withdrawn.

If you are unable to complete an application form, you can talk to us instead. Provide your details here, and we’ll get back to you. Tell us how you want us to contact you, and when (during business hours).

Thank you. Someone from our team will contact you.
