Register for betting tax
You must register for betting tax within 7 days of the end of the first month that your taxable wagering revenue equals or exceeds the annual threshold.
Betting operators who reach the annual threshold must register for betting tax and lodge monthly and annual returns.
On-course bookmakers only need to lodge and pay betting tax annually once their TWR exceeds the annual threshold.
